The Chicago Center for the Print, established in 1979, was originally a print-makers collaborative focusing on original prints hand-pulled by the artists themselves. An exhibition gallery of over 3,000 square feet, we have come a long way since the inception and now show the works of over 100 print-makers from Europe, Japan, and the United States. The works of these artists differ in that most all of them create their images out of the printmaking experience and produce them in small editions.
