A stunning springtime view of Mont Blanc from the commune of Passy in the Haute-Savoie region of France, situated just to the North West of Mont Blanc on the river Arve. Broders employes his characteristic large planes of color and elevated view, using the flowering trees and the steeple of the small church to direct your eye to the majesty of Mont Blanc rising above the hills. This poster was created by Broders for the PLM Railroad (Paris-Lyon-Mediterranee) in 1932. Roger Broders, considered to be the most important travel posterist of the early 20th century, creating posters in Art Deco style.
